Opening Day of the Oil Creek and Titusville Railroad

Train departs each Saturday and Sunday in June beginning the 10th, at 1:00PM from Perry Street Station for a three hour train ride through Oil Creek Valley. Reservations are appriciated.

OC & T Railroad: Petroleum Centre Guided Tours

July 8 and August 5, 2017 ~ Perry Street Station, 409 S. Perry St., Titusville PA

You'll ride the train from Perry Street Station through Oil Creek State Park and detrain at Petroleum Centre where tour guides in period clothing will tell the story of how the town grew from 500 to over 3,000 people in a few short weeks. With no government, the town was filled with dance halls, gambling dens and houses of ill repute. Now a ghost town, you will see the diorama at the station and follow the boardwalk to learn the history. Train departs from Perry Street station promptly at 1 pm. Please plan to arrive at least 45 minutes prior. Regular train ticket prices apply.

Cambridge Springs Trolley Station Museum Tours

July 28 through October 28, 2017 ~ Venango Ave and Railroad Street, Cambridge Springs PA

The historic Cambridge Springs Trolley Station will be open Saturdays for tours from 1:00PM to 4:00PM. The Trolley Station is also available for visits at other times by appointment. The Station is also available as a meeting space and as a rental for private functions.

Murder Mystery Dinner - Motel Mayhem

July 29 and September 16, 2017 ~ Perry Street Station, 409 S. Perry St., Titusville PA

It’s a somewhat poignant night here at the Lozza-Lucuqe Lodge as members of the staff and invited guests have gathered to celebrate the memory of co-owner, Otto, who drowned 2 weeks ago after setting out for an afternoon of fishing on the nearby lake. But the gathering soon takes an unexpected turn when it becomes clear that someone has other plans for the evening which might just include murder. Dinner starts at 5 pm.  RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.

Kids Fun Day

Kids age 3 to 12 are invited to attend a great afternoon of fun activities from noon to 2pm at Frog Pond Pavilions. The Great Child to Family Connections Pigout

Drake Well Marathon & 1/2

Conneaut Lake Paddlefest 2017

August 6, 2017 ~ Fireman's Beach, Route 322, Conneaut Lake PA

Conneaut Lake Area Historical Society is sponsoring their second annual Paddlefest! Kayak enthusiasts from beginner to advanced are encouraged to join us for this event. The course is approximately 3 miles long, beginning at Fireman's Beach, heading up the west side of the lake, into Huidekoper Bay, around Goat Island and returning to Fireman's Beach. Cost is $25 with pre-registration, which includes the race, t-shirt and refreshments. Registration for the day of the event is $30. Proceeds from the Paddlefest will help our Historical Society maintain and expand our museum, preserve our artifacts, and support our outreach efforts in the community. Meadville Community Theatre Summer Concert Series: The Mountain Thyme Ramblers

The Mountain Thyme Ramblers is a 5-piece string Bluegrass Band. The Rambler's style of bluegrass, which was imported via the Scotch-Irish settlers of Appalachia, brings an uplifting joy to all.
